Throughout your travel plan, it is the Terms and Conditions discussed below which will govern the relationship between you, the passenger, and us, Tours to India Travel. Hence, while booking your trip, it is implicit that you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Reservation
1) After receiving a booking request from you, an experienced travel consultant from Tours to India Travel will assist you in planning a pleasant travel itinerary based on your specific requirements and interests within the next 24 hours.
2) As soon as we receive a deposit from your end, we'll secure your reservation and proceed with your final bookings instantaneously. The deposit usually accounts to 30%of the total tour price, but this may vary depending on the size of the group as well as your itinerary.
3) We highly recommend you to get your reservations done 90 days before your departure date
4) You will be required to make the payment in full 60 days prior to the departure date.
5) As and when your booking gets confirmed, your travel consultant from Tours to India Travel will send across a letter of confirmation with details of the proposed flights, hotels and your tour plan.
In case of change to the confirmation in any situation, Tours to India Travel reserves the right to make relevant changes and offer you similar alternative options.

Payment
Tours to India Travel is now more than happy to offer you three alternative courses for making your payment:
1) Credit card;
2) Wire transfer (Bank Transfer)
Please Note:
1) The quote provided to you is in Canadian Dollars. In case the need be, feel free to look up for reference exchange rate here.
2) An elaborate payment guide will be emailed to you by your travel consultant from Tours to India Travel. We would require your bank to settle the full payment prior to your arrival in India, or as per the decided date at the time of advance booking. Failing this, all your reservations will stand cancelled, automatically.
3) In case of any charges levied by your bank, with respect to payment transfers, it will be your liability to pay the same.
Cancellation Policy
In case you decide to cancel your trip, we do realize the fact that it must be out of absolute necessity. However, we would feel really sorry in such a condition.
If, you decide to cancel your trip, please write to us regarding the same. All your cancellation refunds will be calculated completely on the basis of the date and time that we receive your cancellation letter.
All payments for services not provided to the passenger shall be refunded as per the following Terms and Conditions and in accordance with Tours to India Travel' cancellation policy:
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
1) More than 30 days prior to scheduled date of departure: 50% of the full payment per person.
2) 30 to 15 days prior to scheduled date of departure: 75% of the full payment per person.
Please Note: Additional cancellation fees, if applicable, may be imposed by the service providers other than Tours to India Travel (This may include but not be limited to banks or other payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies, etc.) and the same will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Important Note: Substitute travelers also fall under cancellations of reservations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
After the commencement of your trip, we will be unable to refund any amount for unused services (including but not confined to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, admission fees etc.) due to early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Alteration of Itinerary
We at Tours to India Travel, strive to offer you the best possible tour plan. Hence, prior to the confirmation of your bookings, we will be more than happy to make all the requested adjustments and changes to your itinerary, that too at no extra cost.
However, once the confirmation letter is received by you, changes in the itinerary, if any will incur an additional cost of 25.00 CAD per request. In case of change in departure date, or that in destination, you may have to bear the cancellation fees. Moreover, all changes will be subject to availability and hence, cannot be guaranteed.
Please Note:
Tours to India Travel reserves all rights to modify your itinerary, in case of any alterations in the transportation charges, and/or in the situation of certain events being beyond our control. In all such cases, any hike or reduction in the total tour cost will be calculated and conveyed to you. You will be charged or refunded for the same accordingly.
In case of any changes being made on your request, you will be required to pay the subsequent additional cost in advance.
Travel Document
A passport valid for a minimum of 6 months is required to travel to all the destinations in our program. Responsibility for accuracy of documentation, passport validity as well as dispatch of the same rests with you. Tours to India Travel accepts no responsibility in case of any failure, on your part, in this respect. You must clearly provide your full name on passport; in order to steer clear from any delays, transport failure. We highly recommend you to please purchase travel insurance, before the commencement of your journey.
Medical Issues
It is your responsibility, to inform us, in writing, should you be suffering from any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional assistance or the use of special equipment within the duration of your trip.
You will need to provide your own collapsible wheelchair should you need it through your journey.
Please Note: Only certain parts of the planned itinerary may be wheelchair-accessible. Moreover, we do not guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations.
Tours to India Travel reserves the right to decline services to any member whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants of the tour.
As a rule, we are unable to accommodate women who are pregnant beyond six months.
It is your liability to take into account all international travel risks as well as health requirements applicable to the areas you may plan to visit.
It is your sole responsibility to go through the governmental safety and security regulations, vaccinations, and any other health requirements in all the countries that you are going to visit or transit through.
Insurance
Tours to India Travel will only carry out tour services after confirming your due insurances. It is your responsibility to purchase relevant travel insurances prior to departure from your home country that cover a wide range of unexpected loss and damages.
Responsibility
The responsibility of Tours to India Travel and all its affiliated companies is strictly limited. Tours to India Travel shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or failure to act of any suppliers such as those of surface, air, and/or water transportation, sightseeing excursions, cruise or hotel accommodations, or of any third party not directly owned or operated by Tours to India Travel. By utilizing the services of the suppliers, you agree that you will contact only such suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither Tours to India Travel nor any representative of Tours to India Travel shall be held liable for the same.
Without limitation,Tours to India Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from--but not limited to--acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes of other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Tours to India Travel. Nor is Tours to India Travel responsible for any loss or stealing of any of your valuable items due to your own negligence.
Tours to India Travel is not responsible for your failure to comply with customs regulations.
Tours to India Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar quality at any time or to make changes in itinerary of similar quality, flights, or cruise ships, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Tours to India Travel cancels a tour before it starts, Tours to India Travel is liable for a full refund of the money received. However, if you purchase an airline ticket separately, ensure that your agent explains the conditions under which the ticket is issued as Tours to India Travel is not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.
Tours to India Travel reserves the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or to increase the program price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
Please understand that not all museums and attractions are open on all days, all the year round. Tours to India Travel reserves the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or to re-route the order of cities if that enables you to visit all listed excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the maximum extent possible and there will be no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.
Many of Tours to India Travel packages include activities that require you to take extra care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, trekking, climbing hills, entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives at all times, but please note that all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Tours to India Travel, its employees and agents cannot be held responsible for any event or mishap that occurs after its employees and agents have executed their duty and taken the necessary care and precautions.
Force Majeure
Compensation payments do not apply where performance of our contract with you is prevented by risk or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airport or ports, cancellation or change of scheduled airlines and similar events beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Tours to India Travel only acts as a coordinator in making all the requisite arrangements of transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation for travelers taking its tour packages. We do not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel, restaurant or any other supply of services. All receipts and tickets are issued according to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and all services are subject to the laws as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided. It is thereby clear that Tours to India Travel assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage to baggage or property or for any damages or claims howsoever caused, arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss, or damage to person or property. Again, Tours to India Travel is not to be held liable in case of delays, transport failures, strikes, wars and uprisings or acts of God, etc. over which Tours to India Travel has no control.
Complaints and Claims
In case you ever feel unsatisfied with any of the services provided to you by Tours to India Travel, please feel free to inform your local tour guide or your travel consultant immediately so that similar problems may be avoided at all times in the future.
However, in case of any dissatisfaction, should you wish to make any complain or claim for compensation, you will be required to inform us about the same, through an email, regular mail or fax, in writing within the span of 15 days of finishing your tour.
You will be required to attach relevant receipts and substantiating evidence to the letter of claim.
